Return Window

Items must be returned within 72 hours of delivery

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted if the item received is wrong, damaged, or mismeasured.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and must have all original tags attached.

Customized   sarees with stitched blouses, pre-stitched sarees, and unstitched sarees with fall & pico) are non-returnable.

Non-customized items may be eligible for return if reported within the specified window.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been customized or tailored per customer specifications.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.

Return Process

Customers must email a complaint with the following details:

Order Number, Product Code ,Clear photograph of the product showing the issue

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellations requested after 24 hours may not be honored due to order processing timelines.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

All Sales Are Final – No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on any products once a purchase is complete

Incorrect Items Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or process a refund, as appropriate.

Refund policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s):
